Ombré lips are simply two colours that look good together and can create an appearance of fuller lips. The application of the immortal Matte Lip Paint is easy, and each kit comes with a step 1 and step 2. Our Hot Shine Balm finishes the look with a satin feel that keeps your colour strong and helps it stay put throughout the day.
