We offer exchanges of faulty items within 10 days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. Please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page and sending us a message. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide your order number and details of any issues.
Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 28 days for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account.
If you require a refund because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, we will refund you the price paid for the goods by you, including the standard delivery charge (we will not refund any additional cost paid for premium delivery).
Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
If you decide to return an item on your own accord that is non-faulty, we are not liable to exchange for another style/colour, and will return the item back at your own expense.
